PET FRIENDLY BUILDING SOLUTIONS

Looking for the right home for you and your pet? I love pets and I have created this search for your convenience. As a pet owner, this page is a useful resource to locate your future dream home.

PLEASE NOTE: The building information contained herein is believed to be updated and current, however there are many pet bylaw variations from strata to strata. These buildings have either no pet restrictions, or allow pets with restrictions. From time to time, usually at a strata AGM, some new restrictions are implemented and voted on, and if passed, they may affect the present bylaws. Common examples could be the size or breed of your pet, the number of pets allowed, or some stratas may require leashes on pets on common property, and in some cases the pets have to be registered with the strata council. Every strata building has or will establish a pet bylaw that suits their ownership. In the event you require more clarification or assistance on obtaining the current pet bylaw to a particular building, please contact me at alanau@shaw.ca and I would be glad to help get these questions answered for you.
