All strata buildings will vary on rental restrictions. Some buildings will allow a percentage or maximum number of units to be rented. Some strata buildings require a one year lease from the tenants and others may require an owner to live in the unit for a year prior to renting. There are many variations with the rental restriction from a strata corporation. Often, further review is required.
